Order Processing Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand) We ship throughout New Zealand via courier. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. Rural deliveries may take longer.

International Shipping We ship internationally. Delivery timeframes and costs vary by destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery location.

Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@nrsrefrigeration.net.nz. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
